Visit our Size Guide for step-by-step measuring instructions and size charts. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up in bra sets and bodysuits for comfort, and sizing true to your measurements in swimwear.
Do your styles fit true to size?
Most of our styles fit true to size. Where a piece runs small or large, we note it in the product description. Stretch lace styles and bodystockings are especially forgiving.
Can someone help me choose a size?
Absolutely. Email us with your measurements and the style you love, and our fit team will recommend a size.
Orders & Shipping
Is my package discreet?
Yes. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging, and your bank statement shows a discreet billing name.
How long does shipping take?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update or cancel it.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, lingerie and swimwear can only be returned or exchanged if unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and the hygienic liner intact. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Are sale items returnable?
Final-sale items are marked on the product page and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Care
How should I care for my lingerie?
Hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent, then lay flat to dry. Fasten hooks before washing and avoid the dryer — heat breaks down lace and elastic.
How should I care for my swimwear?
Rinse in cool fresh water after every wear to remove chlorine, salt and sunscreen. Hand wash, never wring, and dry flat in the shade.
